For the uninitiated, this simple hand tool is a must for any vintage builder. We encounter fasteners so seized, so worn, so obliterated by the abuses of the decades that "drill it out" seems the only answer.
Enter this tool -- a few smacks with a deadblow mallet or hammer, and that 8mm JIS screw that seems forever married to the crankcase will pop loose in total defiance of your belief! They work phenomenally well on screw heads that are highly stripped, too.
This is a basic, no-frills version of the impact driver and is identical to the one we use on every Thistle Moto® build. It has yet to disappoint and remains one of the shop favorites.
Pair this with the Milwaukee 1/2" to 1/4" adapter we offer and run any 1/4" quick-connect bits that are readily available. You will be invincible before seized fasteners!
